Laser Focused London is a trading name of South West Leads Ltd, company number 15080623, registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are responsible for personal information collected through this website and about enquiries for our services. What we collect and why

When you enquire, we use your name, work email, telephone number, clinic name, location, website, treatment interests, revenue range and available advertising budget to understand your clinic and respond to your request. We also record the time of your enquiry and the privacy-notice version presented to you. Please do not send patient records or medical information through this form.

We use business enquiry information for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients, assessing whether our service is suitable and maintaining related correspondence. Where we take steps you request towards a contract with you personally, we may also rely on that contractual basis. We use information required for legal obligations, such as accounting records, on that basis.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated mailing list. You can ask us to stop follow-up at any time.

The website form

Information submitted through the strategy-call form is sent to our website and stored in our enquiry database so we can respond. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. Submitting the form requests a call; it does not reserve a calendar appointment or make a payment.

The form is not currently a GoHighLevel embed. If we replace it with an embedded form, we will update this notice to describe any relevant changes.

Who handles information

We use people working for us and service providers that operate our website, hosting, enquiry records, business email and communications. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Our hosting and communications providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Where a transfer requires safeguards under UK data protection law, appropriate safeguards are required. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. We assess retention by considering whether discussions are active, whether a service agreement followed, applicable record-keeping duties and any unresolved complaint or claim. Information should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. We may retain limited details to respect a request not to contact you.

Your choices and rights

You can object to use of your information for direct marketing at any time, and to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above.

Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, or request a portable copy. Website technology

This website does not include optional advertising pixels, marketing cookies or visitor analytics added by us. Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, and use essential technology to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. The clinic photographs are hosted with this website.

This notice covers enquiries about Laser Focused London’s services. Patient campaigns need their own appropriate notices and agreed data-handling arrangements with each clinic.
